The standard steps in our investment process are the following:

Getting to know the people, getting to understand the business plan and related ratio's.

Business Planning

Mutual detailed development of the business plan involved.

LoI (Letter of Intent)

Agreement on the basic terms of the final deal.

Fine tuning

Execution of due diligence, fine tuning business plan and final contract negotiations.

Signing of the final contract
